The world’s longest running literary festival, held here in Cheltenham, is celebrating its 75th year this weekend, and is gearing up for a weekend that promises a must-see line-up, and plenty to get your teeth into.

Cheltenham Literature Festival is one of Britain’s most revered cultural festivals for showcasing the written and spoken word and delivers some of the best voices in fiction and poetry in the UK, as well as high-profile speakers.

I went along to see how the preparations were coming along on site, with set up being initially postponed due to rain. I also chatted to Sally from Leaf Creative about what it's like working at the event, and to members of the public to see whether they think it’s worth all the hype. The answer was a resounding Yes!
